In most cases, this error occurs when an AntiVirus (AV) program is stopping the installer from gaining administrative privileges to run the install. You will have to open your AntiVirus software and either temporarily disable it, or add the file as a trusted file. If you need help with this, we recommend you first do a quick search online for how to do this with your particular AV software. If you cannot figure it out, then you can try contacting our technical support team to assist you with this, but keep in mind they may not be familiar with your particular AV software.
